2015 was a busy year behind the scenes for me, so I didn’t get to spend a lot of time creating for challenges. But, for the challenges I did have a play in, I tried my creative best and even ended up being a winner a few times.
This honor was for the Eclectic Elements art journal cover I made—
—That was even recognized by Mr. Tim Holtz himself in his Valentine’s Blogworthy Links!!!
I made the Top 3 at Artist Trading Post for my Love Me Two Times tag—
I was a Stampotique Design Team Favorite with the tag I made entitled I Am Super—
Totally Green with Pride for winning the Lost Coast Designs 50 Shades of Green Blog Hop with my Alfred Hitchcock tag—
Top 3 at Quoth the Raven challenge for my Tic, Tac, Poe tag—
Part of the Top 5 at The Mirror Crack’d challenge blog (no longer in blogland) for an Edgar Allan Poe themed triptych I created–
In June, I was still playing in the year and a half long CC3 Challenge and received an Honorable Mention for my altered matchboxes—
Always such a thrill to be recognized by the T-Man himself, Tim Holtz, for my spooky version of his July tag—
Such an honor to be the winner of the final challenge at the CC3 challenge for my altered tea tin—
I got really creative this year and started altering dominoes for the very first time and made this Spiderly Treat domino art necklace–
COMPLETELY AWED & HONORED to also see some of my projects published in two Stampington & Company art magazines in 2015–
Somerset Studio Gallery published a Tim Holtz-esque card I created—
Take Ten published a set of simple wedding cards I whipped up–
If this is how my 2015 was creatively, I can’t wait to see what 2016 will have in store for me! I hope you’ll continue to travel along with me on my creative journey-still in progress!!
